What we’re about.

Building an ecosystem for the triple bottom line.
We provide soil and land health consulting services for growers and land stewards.

What we Strive For

  • Ecosystem & Land Health - because nothing works in isolation

  • Profitability - If we want to save the land, we need to be profitable enough to stay on the land

  • Meeting people where they’re at - Because we all start somewhere and none of us have all the answers

  • Challenge dogma & paradigms - We Challenge what we think

  • Apply stewardship principles that fit your one of a kind context

  • We don’t have all the answers, but we know how to find them

  • The steward is key to finding answers and solutions

Brandi McCoy - Founder & Lab Technician

Hey there, I’m Brandi, an agroecologist from Beaumont, Kansas. I grew up on a small, 4th generation farm in Nemaha County, Kansas where my passion for the land all started.

My business, Thriving Lands, provides land and soil health consulting services to growers seeking to heal the land and be profitable doing it. I studied soil ecology in Dr. Elaine’s™ Soil Food Web School and am a certified lab technician. Previously I worked as a biologist for NRCS and assisted producers and land stewards with prairie and habitat restoration and management.

When I’m not working in my buisness, I enjoy ranching with my husband, John Wagner who is CEO of their livestock business, 4L Grazing.
